   Noel Carpio completed his second season as a volunteer assistant coach at Creighton in 2019. With Carpio on staff the past two seasons, CU went 54-11, winning a pair of BIG EAST regular-season titles as well as the 2018 BIG EAST Tournament, while going 35-1 in league play in that time.
   Both teams advanced to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament and had a total of seven women earn All-Region honors, two All-America accolades and three CoSIDA Academic All-American plaudits.
Carpio assisted in scouting, practice planning on-court training and game day operations in his role with the Bluejays. In 2018 Kirsten Bernthal Booth was named AVCA East Region Coach of the Year, and in 2019 Carpio was part of the BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year.
   Creighton was ranked in the top-25 during every week with Carpio on staff.
   Before Creighton, Carpio served as both the Indoor and Beach Volleyball manager at the University of Arizona.
   He also has served as head coach and technical adviser for the Southern Arizona Volleyball Academy (SAVA) for three years.
   Carpio was one of 10 recipients of the American Volleyball Coaches Association Diversity Award in 2017.
