Rowing Concludes Competition at Head of the Charles

Cambridge, Mass. -- The Creighton Rowing squad placed 16th in the Women's Collegiate Eights on Sunday, October 23 in the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta.
Led by Coxswain Grace Buckner the Bluejay squad posted a time of 17:21.424 for the three mile race. A total of 36 boats hit the water in the event, claimed by Mercyhurst University.
The Bluejays complete the fall season with consecutive regatta's on Saturday, Nov. 5 and Sunday, Nov. 6. On Saturday the Bluejays will compete in a dual regatta with Drake. The following day Creighton will compete in the Jayhawk Jamboree in Lawrence, Kan.
