In addition to his success on the singles court, Gandini posted a productive week of doubles play, claiming BIG EAST Doubles Team of the Week with three victories at the No. 2 doubles position with Daijima.
The dynamic duo posted a thrilling 7-6 (7-4) win over Cal Poly's Sean Ferguson and Aaron Eliscu to clinch the doubles point for the Jays on Tuesday, before knocking off DePaul's Elias Anwar and Thomas Giles, 6-4, as the Bluejays upset the defending BIG EAST Tournament champions on their home court.
