Already having earned AP All-America Honorable Mention, Jensen joined Jaylyn Agnew (2020 AP All-American Honorable Mention) and Marissa Janning (2014 WBCA All-America Honorable Mention) as the only three Bluejays to earn such a high honor. She could become the first Creighton player to earn All-America Honors from multiple sources in the same year.
Jensen closed the 2025 season as Creighton's scoring leader with 588 points (17.8 ppg), a figure that ranks as seventh as the Bluejays' single-season scoring list. Jensen is second for the Bluejays with 121 assists and also has grabbed 132 rebounds this season (4.1 rpg). Her 229 made field goals this season is tied for fourth in Bluejay single season Top-10 list.
Throughout her career Jensen moved past the 2,000-point threshold both at Creighton (2,059 points) and in her career (2,083 points) during March. She closed her career third all-time for the Bluejays in scoring, fifth in scoring average (15.96), third in made field goals (777), second in free-throw percentage (86.4%) and ninth in assists (390).
Lauren earned her third consecutive All-BIG EAST First Team selection as well as her first BIG EAST All-Tournament Team selection as she helped guide Creighton to the BIG EAST Finals.

NCAA Division I head coaches who are WBCA members may nominate players from their own teams for Coaches' All-America. They then vote for the top players in their respective regions from among those players who are nominated. The WBCA NCAA Division I Awards Committee, which is composed of head coaches from each region who are elected by their peers, may select up to 12 additional at-large finalists from the remaining pool of nominees.
The committee will meet in Tampa, Florida, in conjunction with the annual WBCA Convention to select the 2025 Wade Trophy winner and the 2025 WBCA NCAA Division I Coaches' All-America team. Both will be announced on April 3.
