Men’s and Women’s Soccer Claims United Soccer Team Academic Award for 2024-25

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton men's and women's soccer squads were recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom, earning United Soccer Coaches Association Team Academic Awards for the 2024-25 academic year.
College Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2024-25 academic year.
A total of 697 soccer teams (283 men, 414 women) earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award in 2024-25 with 151 schools having both their men's and women's programs recognized. The Bluejays' men's and women's soccer squads were one of the 151 schools and one of only three teams in the BIG EAST to have both programs recognized.
The Bluejays' women's team has now received the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award in 15 of the last 16 years after posting a 3.54 team GPA during the 2024-25 year.
CU has now been honored 26 times in program history.

The Bluejays' men's team accumulated a 3.46 GPA during the 2024-25 academic year. This year marks the program's 12th straight recognition, and 17th honor in the last 18 seasons. CU has been honored 19 times overall.
