2013 (Junior at Creighton)
- After missing a month due to an appendectomy on April 26, Gerber returned to the lineup at the MVC Tournament, going 3-for-9 with a home run.
 - Gerber was 5-for-9 with two runs scored and three RBI in the final two games of the Bluejays’ series sweep of Southern Illinois on April 20-21.
 - Had eight hits in three games, from April 13-16, including four extra-base knocks.
 - Mike was 4-for-14 (.286) with three RBI and two extra-base hits in Creighton’s sweep of Bradley from April 5-7.
 - Keyed a five-run second with a solo home run at Kansas on April 2.
 - Blasted two triples and a home run in last four games.
 - Mike was 5-for-12 with three runs scored in Creighton’s 2-1 series win at Evansville on March 22 and 23.
 - Had two home runs and eight RBI to help the Bluejays win three of four games at the Riverinn Classic in Clarksville, Tenn. from March 8-11 and at Southeast Missouri State on March 12.
 - Gerber roared out of the gate with five hits in his first eight at-bats in 2013, helping the Bluejays sweep Dallas Baptist on Feb. 15-17.
 
2012 (Sophomore at Creighton)
- Started 57 of Creighton’s 58 games in 2012.
 - Named the MVC Tournament Most Valuable Player, going 10-for-16 (.625) with a .875 slugging percentage and seven runs driven in.
 - Earned a slot on the MVC All-Defensive Team.
 - Drove in two runs in the season opener at Central Arkansas on Feb. 17.
 - Went 2-for-2 with two RBI and two runs scored at Pacific on March 9.
 - Drove in six RBI and scored four runs of his own in the series at Pacific, March 9-11.
 - Hit Creighton’s first grand slam since 2008, vs. North Dakota on March 17, driving in a career-high four runs.
 - Finished 2-for-5 in the 12-inning loss to Indiana State on April 7.
 - Drove in three runs with two doubles in the 6-5 win over South Dakota State on April 15.
 - Hit a two-run home run in the second inning at Southern Illinois on April 22.
 - Scored the game-winning run in the top of the ninth at Bradley after walking to reach base on May 5.
 - Went 3-for-4 from the plate with two runs scored in the 8-1 win over Nebraska on May 8.
 - Singled and drew a walk, scoring once in the opening game of the MVC Tournament against Indiana State on May 22.
 - Had a career-high four hits against Illinois State, a pair of singles, a double and a home run in the 10-3 win on May 23. He also scored two runs and drove in three in the win over Illinois State.
 - Turned around to go 2-for-5 with three RBI and a run scored to eliminate Illinois State in the semifinal game of the MVC Tournament on May 24.
 - Closed out the tournament with a 3-for-4 day against Southern Illinois in the title game, scoring two runs (including the winning run) and driving in one on May 26.
 
2011 (Freshman at Creighton)
- Started 50 of the 52 games he played in, missing nine games due to injury.
 - Named Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-American.
 - Also named All-MVC Second Team.
 - Finished the season with a .280 batting average, a .371 on-base percentage and a .488 slugging percentage.
 - Played flawless baseball in center field, not committing an error in 112 chances.
 - Started off the season with a 2-for-3 performance vs. Toledo at the USA Baseball Training Center on Feb 19.
 - Hit his first home run against BYU on March 22.
 - Went 4-for-7 (.571) with three RBI, three runs scored and three stolen bases at home against Portland from April 1-3.
 - A 2-for-4 performance at Illinois State on April 9 kicked off a four-game hit-streak
 - Drove in Trever Adams in the bottom of the second to record the first RBI in TD Ameritrade Park Omaha history vs. Nebraska on April 19.
 - Became the first player to hit a home run at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, connecting in the fourth inning of the 5-4, 10-inning win over Southern Illinois on April 22.
 - Hit .303 in the second portion of the season, going 33-for-109 in the final 32 games of the season.
 - Picked up a hit in 17 of the final 20 games, including a season-long eight-game hitting streak to close out the season.
 - Drove out a solo home run in the 5-1 loss against Oregon State in the NCAA Regional on June 4.
 
2006-10 (Neuqua Valley High School)
- Earned a varsity letter in baseball his junior and senior seasons, as well as being named team MVP and first team all-conference both seasons.
 - Earned first team all-state and first team all-area following his senior campaign.
 - Hit .346 with nine home runs and 32 RBI during his junior season and was a unanimous first team all-conference selection.
 - Ranked the fourth-best overall outfielder in Illinois by Prep
 - Baseball Report as a senior.
 - Holds the Neuqua Valley record for home runs in a career with 19
 - long balls.
 - Drafted by the New York Yankees organization in the 40th round.
