2017 (Redshirt Junior at Creighton)
• Enrolled at Creighton during the spring semester and played for the Bluejays during the spring season.
• Appeared in 17 matches, including three starts, during the fall season.
• Started season-opener against No.17 Virginia Tech (Aug. 25).
• Played season-high 37 minutes against Villanova (Sept. 23).
2016 (Junior at Akron)
• Did not appear in a match during the 2016 season for the Zips and redshirted.
2015 (Sophomore at Akron)
• Appeared in 13 contests for Akron as a sophomore.
• Recorded two goals on nine shots, including six on frame.
• Scored the game-winning goal during a 3-2 double-overtime triumph at VCU (Aug. 28) in the 2015 season opener.
2014 (Freshman at Akron)
• Appeared in 18 matches, including one start as a freshman.
• Had three goals on 14 shots, with nine coming on goal.
•.Tallied first career goal in a 3-0 victory over Michigan (Oct. 14).
• Delivered game-winning goal in the Zips’ 2-1 triumph past Bowling Green in the championship match of the 2014 MAC Tournament.
Club/Prep Career
• Member of Portland Timbers Academy.
• Appeared in three matches with the Timbers’ Under-23s during the 2013 PDL playoffs.
• Played the final 20 minutes of an international friendly against Monarcas Morelia of Mexico in July 2014.
• Made 14 appearances, including five starts, for the Timbers’ reserve club.
• Led the Timbers’ Academy team in goals with three game-winners in 26 appearances in 2012-13.
• Helped lead Camas High School to the state 3A championship in 2011.

• Son of Michael and Amy Macchione.
• Has two siblings, Vincent and Megan.
• Father played forward for F.C. Portland, an independent U.S. soccer team, in 1988.
• Grandfather was a collegiate soccer coach.
• Plans to pursue a degree in communications.
