Faber wrapped up the regular season by grabbing a spot on the All-BIG EAST Second Team, Faber was Creighton’s leading scorer with 475 points (14.8 ppg) ... Audrey led the Bluejays in scoring 14 times and closed the season third on the team in rebounding with 142 ... Faber led the Bluejays with 16 points in Creighton’s 66-61 win over Wichita State on Nov. 10 ... Audrey posted her best all-around game as a Bluejay in Creighton’s 64-49 win at Nebraska, finishing with 14 points, a career-high eight assists and seven rebounds ... Faber exploded for 29 points in the Bluejays’ 89-78 win in double overtime against Northern Iowa on Nov. 21. Audrey’s biggest bucket of the contest sent the game to overtime as regulation time expired ... Audrey was spectacular with 34 points, including 15 in overtime, as the Bluejays bested Drake on Dec. 3 in quadruple overtime ... Faber reached the 30-point mark for the second time in four contests, drilling a career-high seven treys against Florida State on Dec. 21 ... Audrey started each of the Bluejays’ 32 contests, reaching double-figures in 23 games ... Faber posted 11 and 19 points during the Bluejays’ two games at the Junkanoo Jam in the Bahamas to earn a spot on the Freeport Division All-Tournament Team ... Audrey delivered 24 points in 23 minutes against Nebraska-Omaha on Dec. 7, going 7-of-10 from the field in the Bluejays’ victory ... Audrey posted 20 points and eight rebounds in the win at Marist on Dec. 21, finishing 7-of-12 from the field ... Faber dropped 16 points, four rebounds and three blocks on Butler as the Bluejays opened BIG EAST play with a 67-52 win on Dec. 28 over the Bulldogs ... Entering her Creighton career as the first Top-100 recruit to come to Omaha, Faber brought a host of expectations ... The Iowa native easily surpassed the expectations as she led the Bluejays in scoring (462 points), rebounds (170), points per game (13.2) and blocked shots (37) ... Her 462 points were the most by a Bluejay freshman since Shannon Struby had 467 in 1990 ... Audrey’s efforts earned her All-BIG EAST Honorable Mention as well as a spot on the All-BIG EAST Freshman Team ... Faber reached double-figures in 10 of her first 12 games as a Bluejay ... During that stretch Audrey topped 20 points in five games, including 25 in the Bluejays’ 91-66 win over East Carolina on Nov. 26 ... She delivered 22 points and six blocks against Nebraska on Dec. 6 ... Continuing to dominate in-state rivals, Faber posted 21 points and five assists in the Bluejays’ 69-46 win over Nebraska-Omaha on Dec. 20 ... Ranked 81st by ESPN’s HoopGurlz Top 100 when she committed to Creighton, Faber climbed to No. 72 by the fall of 2015 ... Audrey averaged 18.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game while leading Dowling Catholic to a 21-4 record and a spot in the Iowa Class 5A State semifinals during her senior year ... She guided the Maroons to the 5A State Championship in 2013-14 as well as a second place finish in 2012-13 ... A three-time All-State selection, Faber averaged 15.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game, while shooting 61 percent from the field to lead Dowling Catholic to a 23-3 record and state championship during her junior season ... She earned her team MVP honors in each of her last two seasons and was a three-time academic all-conference selection ... Audrey was equally as impressive off the basketball court, placing third in the Iowa State high jump as a sophomore as well as fifth place as a junior.
