2025: Freshman at Creighton
• Finished her freshman season with nine kills, two digs and one block in 10 matches at Creighton while hitting .263.
• Made her collegiate debut on Sept. 5 vs. San Diego when she played the final four points.
• Had first career attack attempt on Sept. 20 vs. South Florida.
• Collected first career kill on Sept. 27 vs. Butler.
• Had two kills in as many swings against St. John’s (Oct. 18).
• Finished with two kills in four swings vs. DePaul (Oct. 31).
• Added two kills in two swings against Georgetown (Nov. 9).
• Owned one kill and her first career dig and block in win at Seton Hall (Nov. 15).
• True freshman from Omaha who graduated from the same high school (Westside) as Destiny Ndam-Simpson, though the two didn’t overlap as teammates in high school.
Westside High School
• Listed as the state’s No. 5 prospect by Prep Dig.
• Recorded 443 kills, 169 digs, 48 aces and 46 blocks on .294 hitting as a senior, when she was named First Team All-State by the Omaha World-Herald.
• Ranked third in Class A and first in the Metro Conference in kills.
• Helped Westside to back-to-back state tournaments her final two seasons under the direction of Andrew Wehrli.
• Helped Westside tie a school-record with 29 victories.
• Had 21 kills and 10 digs in state tournament quarterfinal match against Grand Island.
• Named to Omaha World-Herald’s Volleyball Super Six in the preseason of 2024.
• Was the only junior on the Omaha World-Herald’s All-State Team in 2023.
• Had 349 kills, 101 digs, 77 blocks, 31 aces and hit .288 as a junior, helping the Warriors go 26-11 and to the state semifinals.
• Played club volleyball for Nebraska Elite, where she was coached by former Bluejay Grace Nelson.
• Committed to Creighton in June of 2023 and enrolled at Creighton in the Spring of 2025.
Omaha Burke High School
• Spent her first two years of high school at Omaha Burke High School.
• Accumulated 259 kills, 47 blocks and 34 aces on .284 hitting as a sophomore.

• Daughter of Tim and Heather Paymal.
• Has one brother, Bryson.
