Caleb Christensen joined the Creighton Athletic Department in October 2024 as the Assistant Director of Creative Video. He will serve as the primary video content creator for volleyball and women's basketball while assisting in the content creation of all Creighton Athletic programs.
In his first season with the Jays, Christensen was one of the key members in growing the social media following of the Volleyball and Women’s Basketball programs. The Volleyball Instagram account gained 7,000 followers while the Women's Basketball account gained 2,000 new followers.
Christensen arrived in Omaha after serving as the director of video and creative content at the University of South Dakota. Before that he was an assistant sports information director at USD in charge of the MBB, Soccer and golf programs.
At USD, Christensen oversaw all video content produced for the GoYotes.com website and as well as all USD social channels. He also managed the relationship between USD and Midco and oversaw all game operations in the Midco Sports Production booth. An alum of South Dakota State, Christensen has also spent time in the sports information offices of his alma-mater and Augustana University where he earned his master's degree in 2020.
Christensen resides in Omaha.
