Men's Soccer Opens BIG EAST Play Versus Marquette

Omaha, Neb. -- Creighton and Marquette kick off BIG EAST play for the fourth time in the last seven years. It is also the fourth time the two squads have met at Morrison Stadium to open conference action. The Bluejays have claimed each of the first three battles to kick off BIG EAST action.

Scouting Marquette (3-0-2)
Marquette opened the 2025 season with five home contests, staying undefeated
throughout.

Packing up for their first road match against the Bluejays, the Golden Eagles bring a fresh two game win streak, accrued with a 4-0 result over Chicago State and, most recently, a 1-0 victory over Lipscomb.

Mitchell Dryden and Mateo Stoka spearhead Marquette's offense, collectively contributing five of the Golden Eagles' 10 goals this season. Dryden outpaces Stoka slightly in goal scoring, with three this season. Stoka follows just behind with two goals and two assists.
