Danielle Manley enters her third season as Director of Player Development with the Creighton softball program in 2026. She assists in the overall day-to-day operations of the program and is responsible for the filming of practices and games, recording stats using Synergy and helps with scouting.Â
In her first two seasons with the Bluejays, Manley helped guide Creighton to a 66-47 overall record and a pair of runner-up finishes at the BIG EAST Tournament.Â
Prior to her arrival at Creighton Manley spent more than 10 years working in the sports television industry, helping broadcast Creighton and NCAA sporting events, including the Men’s College World Series, for Jays Video, FOX Sports, CBS Sports and the Big Ten Network.Â
Over the years, Manley has worked nearly 100 Creighton softball games, reinvigorating her passion for softball and wanting to be around the team and helping teach the next group of young women student-athletes playing at Creighton.Â

A three-time All-Midland Collegiate Athletic Conference and two-time NAIA All-Region selection, Manley ranked as the No. 2 hitter in the country, recording a .549 batting average with a .802 slugging percentage as a senior. Â
Manley graduated from the College of Saint Mary’s in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Art with minors in Business Administration & Mathematics. She currently resides in Omaha with her husband Bryan and son Noah.
