2015 Outdoor Track: Clocked a personal best 19:17 5K at the Washington University Invite in St. Louis.
2015 Indoor Track: Finished the 1 mile in 5:46 at the Grinnell College Invite. Ran a time of 5:47 in the 1 mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
2014 Cross Country: Raced a season opening 4K at the Drake Invitational with a time of 17:26. Dropped two minutes to get a course PR of 19:00 in the 3 mile Augustana College Twilight Invitational. Ran a course PR of 26:48 for a 6K at the Woody Greeno Invite. Raced a new 5K PR of 20:00 at the Briar Cliff Invite. Dropped a minute to get a new course PR of 24:50 (6K) at the Bradley Classic. Following the Bradley Classic ran a PR of 24:00 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Meet.
2014 Outdoor Track: Finished ninth with a time of 5:23 in the 1500 meters at the Central College Invitational. Raced the 1500 meters at the Simpson College Kip Janvrin Open to finish with a PR of 5:20.
2014 Indoor Track: Ran the 1 mile in 5:54 at the Grinnell College Invite.
2013 Cross Country: Finished with a time of 20:58 in the season opener 3 mile Augustana College Twilight Invitational. Raced at the University of Nebraska Woody Greeno Invitational coming in with a time of 27:53.06 for 6K. Finished with a PR-time of 21:02 for 5K at the Briar Cliff Invitational. Finished with a PR-time of 25:49 for 6K at the Bradley Classic knocking off more than 1 minute for the previous year. Had the opportunity to compete at the regional race hosted by Iowa State University finishing with a time of 26:21.
2013 Outdoor Track: Raced the 1500 meters at the Mizzou Relays in 5:47. Competed in the 1500 meters at the Simpson College Kip Janvrin Open finishing in 5:39.
2013 Indoor Track: Competed in her first collegiate track race in the 3000 meters at UNL in 12:50. Finished in 6:17 at Nebraska Wesleyan in the 1 mile.
2012 Cross Country: Raced first collegiate cross country 5K race at the Creighton/UNO Classic in 24:20. Finished the 6K in 27:16.90 at the University of Nebraska Woody Greeno Invitational. Competed at the Saluki Invitational running in 23:15 for the 5K. Finished with a time of 21:29 in the 5K race at the Briar Cliff Invitational. Competed in the Bradley Classic finishing in 26:51 in the 6K race.
High School: At the Iowa State Cross Country meet, raced freshman and junior years and was first alternate sophomore and senior years. For senior year of cross country raced the 4000 meters in 17:47. Ran track sophomore and senior years. For senior year of track raced 400 meters in 1:10.68, 800 meters in 2:39.32, 1500 meters in 5:38.71, and 3000 meters in 12:39.10. Also played soccer for two years.
Personal: Born on February 16, 1994 in Iowa City, Iowa. Daughter of Peter and Jayne Kambhu. Sister of Chris Kambhu.
