• Two-time first-team all-state selection in volleyball.
• Led the Cobblers with 376 kills and 152 blocks as team went 21-17 and placed seventh at the state tournament as a senior.
• Also had 38 aces and just seven serving errors in 168 attempts.
• Named to the Class AA All-Tournament Team at state as a senior after posting 42 kills and 11 blocks in three matches.
• Was the only junior named first-team all-state in 2007, and finished with 300 kills, 95 digs and 44 solo blocks.
• Four-year letterwinner in volleyball, starting the final two seasons.
• Named first-team all-Greater Dakota Conference team as a senior.
• Named Black Hills FOX News Athlete of the Week on Oct. 22, 2008.
• Also a standout high jumper, where she placed third in the state track meet as both a junior and senior.
• Helped team to state title her senior year of track, snapping 13-year title reign by crosstown rival Rapid City Stevens.
• High school volleyball coach was Shelly Wolfe and club volleyball coach was Kylie Voorhees, the sister of former Bluejay setter Korie Lebeda.
• Also recruited by Colorado, Colorado State, South Dakota State and South Dakota.
• Brother Adam started 30 games on Drake’s men’s basketball team last winter, averaging 5.5 points and 3.8 rebounds in 23.2 minutes per game, while dad Kim played collegiate basketball at Black Hills State University.
