Bio
2023: Redshirt Freshman at Creighton
• Entered the transfer portal after the 2023 season.
• Redshirt freshman defensive specialist who made her collegiate debut when she came in to serve vs. Duke (Aug. 27).
• Played four sets at Xavier, picking up first collegiate dig (Sept. 23).
• Had second dig of the season in road win at Providence (Oct. 21), then added another dig six days later at Villanova (Oct. 27).
• Left-handed.
• Missed the entire 2022 season at Creighton after injuring her knee during her senior year of high school.
• Originally signed to play soccer at Grand Canyon before flipping to Creighton to play volleyball.
• One of seven players from Kansas on the Bluejay roster.
2022: Redshirted at Creighton
• Defensive specialist took a medical hardship season while recovering from a knee injury.
• Named to BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
Blue Valley West High School
• Played for the state runner-up as a senior in volleyball, and named to the All-Tournament Team.
• Recognized as a 2021 MOKAN All-Star as well as being an AVCA All-Region selection.
• Named First Team All-Eastern Kansas League and EKL Defensive Player of the Year in volleyball as both a junior and senior.
• Starred for state champion volleyball team as a junior, earning All-Tournament Team recognition at the state tournament.
• Also landed on the All-KC Area Volleyball Team following her junior campaign.
• Helped team to a fifth straight state soccer title as a senior in 2022.
• Had 12 goals and nine assists as a junior on the pitch, scoring the game-winning goal in the Class 6A state championship contest.
Earned All-EKL First Team honors in soccer in 2021.
• Suffered a major knee injury in the spring of 2022 that required surgery.
• A well-rounded athlete, Morgan originally signed to play soccer at Grand Canyon University before changing her mind to play volleyball at Creighton and committing in March of 2022.
