
Women's Tennis Sets School Record as it Wins 10th Straight

OMAHA , Neb. - The Creighton women's tennis team set a school record Tuesday, as it won its 10th straight match, 7-0 over the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
The team got a scare from UNO in the No. 1 doubles slot as Tess Reddin and Nicole Nakaoka had to fight off match point twice, before ending up victorious 9-7 over the Maverick duo of Rachel Faulk and Traci Moklestad.
Mary Pat McMullan had the most convincing singles win of the day, defeating Kelsey Haas 6-0, 6-0.
Creighton returns to action Friday, April 3, as it takes on Missouri Valley Conference opponent, Indiana State at 11:30 a.m.
