UC Davis created a pair of scoring opportunities during the early stages of the second half, but neither resulted in a shot on goal.
Bluejay junior Tor Trosten nearly converted the first goal of the match, but his one-on-one matchup with the goalie resulted in a save by Lapsley.
During the 88th minute, Joel Rydstrand sent a free kick from the right side of the pitch towards the top of the box where Yudai Tashiro launched a shot, but the ball ended up just wide of the net after a deflection.Â

During the closing seconds of regulation, Tashiro fired a Creighton free kick from about 20 yards out, but the UC Davis wall blocked the ball away as time expired.
The Aggies had one shot on goal during the first 10-minute overtime, and the Bluejays tallied one of their own in the second OT, but both were saved.
