Women’s Soccer Unveils 2026 Schedule

OMAHA, Neb. – Fresh off its third BIG EAST Semifinals appearance, Creighton Women's Soccer head coach Jimmy Walker announced the Bluejays 2026 schedule, which features nine matches inside Morrison Stadium.
The fall season opens with an exhibition match on the road as the Bluejays travel to South Dakota for a friendly on Aug. 5 in Vermillion.
The 2026 campaign officially begins with a trio of matches on the road, as the Bluejays travel to the Rocky Mountains to take on Colorado College (Aug. 12) and Air Force (Aug. 16), before a quick trip to Ames to battle Iowa State in the third annual Tea Cup Game on Aug. 23.
Creighton will then return to the friendly confines of Morrison Stadium for four straight contests, beginning with the home opener against Kansas City on Thursday, Aug. 27. The Jays wrap up the opening month of the season with a battle against Missouri on Aug. 30 and opens September with its annual Socctoberfest match against Northern Colorado in the second game of a triple-header on Sept. 4.
The Bluejay continue play a week later as it hosts an afternoon match against Gonzaga on Sept. 13 before wrapping up non-conference play with its Kicks for a Cure match at crosstown rival Omaha on Sept. 16.
CU's pursuit of its first BIG EAST title starts on Sept. 26 with a home match versus Providence, followed by a match three days later inside Morrison Stadium against Villanova (Sept. 30.).
The Bluejays will then play three of their next four conference contests on the road, beginning with visits to St. John's (Oct. 3) and Marquette (Oct. 7), while a home contest with Butler on Oct. 10 predates a matchup with Xavier on Oct. 17 in Cincinnati.
Creighton returns home briefly to host UConn on Oct. 21 before hitting the road for its final road matches at Georgetown (Oct 28) and Seton Hall (Oct. 31) to close out the month of October. The regular season comes to a close back in the nest, as the Bluejays take on DePaul at Morrison Stadium on Nov. 7.
BIG EAST tournament play will take qualifying teams to Boyds, Maryland, where the Semifinals match will take place on Nov. 12 and the Championship contest will kick off on Nov. 15.
