Women’s Soccer Adds Emma Wilson as Graduate Assistant Coach

OMAHA, Neb. – Emma Wilson has been named a graduate assistant coach for the Creighton Women's Soccer team, head coach Jimmy Walker announced on Monday afternoon.
Originally from Omaha, Wilson returns home after spending the previous seven years as a coach and the program operations coordinator at the Kansas City Athletics Soccer Club. While with KC Athletics Soccer, Wilson oversaw the onboarding of 1,500+ athletes and the coordination of scheduling and logistics for practices, games and events.
In addition, Wilson also served as the Player Care Coordinator for the KC Current in the NWSL for two years, where she managed housing and relocation logistics and the overall off-field support for the full professional team roster.
A standout athlete before beginning her coaching career, Wilson starred at Kansas City from 2018-22. A two-time All-Summit League selection, Wilson finished her career with three goals and two assists while logging more than 6,100 minutes in 81 total appearances along the Roos backline.
A three-time member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, Wilson earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Kansas City in 2022.
