Cenek was a two-sport athlete for Dunlap High School, leading the soccer team to the IHSA Regionals in 2018 and 2019 as well as serving as the kicker for the football team ... Cenek was the Central Illinois High School Soccer Player of the Year in 2021, earned Illinois All Region (2021) and IHSSCA All State Team in both 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 ... He also was an IHSSCA All-Sectional Selection in 2018 and collected Mid-Illini First Team All-Conference nod three times (2018, 2019 and 2021).
