CREIGHTON CAREER: 2010 (Junior) – Started 37 of 40 games played, missing 20 games between March 27 and April 27 due to a stress fracture in her back ... Came off the bench on April 27 and 28 after the injury and returned to the starting lineup on May 1 at Illinois State ... Made 23 starts at shortstop and 14 at third base ... Concluded junior season tied for ninth in school history with 11 hit by pitches in her career ... Of her 28 hits, 14 came in Arizona, as did 14 of her 20 runs scored during Creighton’s 18 games played in the state before March 15 ... Hit .278 at home, playing just seven home games because of her injury ... Hit leadoff in her first 25 starts (before injury) ... Logged seven multi-hit games ... Was 3-for-7 with four runs scored in her first two games of the season ... Went 2-for-3 with two runs against Notre Dame (Feb. 12) ...
