Tran joins the Bluejays from Frisco, Texas, where she has separated herself as one of the premier juniors in the nation, ranking No. 6 in the state of Texas and No. 65 nationally by Tennis Recruiting Network while earning 5-star blue chip recruit recognition ... Tran's rankings mark her as the highest ranked recruit in Creighton tennis history ... Standing out among the best in her class, Tran holds a 30-18 record against four and five-star prospects ... She most recently took home the single title at the UTSA Level 4 Junior Tournament in San Antonio, Texas, while also teaming up with Erika Olson to finish second in doubles at the USTA Level 3 Texas Slam tournament this past July ... In addition, Tran also claimed first place at with Olson at the Dominant Duo – Level 5 open in April of 2023 ... Adding to her list of achievements, Tran earned the most improved as both a freshman and a sophomore at the Lakes Tennis Academy after just starting to play tennis in 2019 ... Growing fast, Tran has also peaked in the World Tennis Ratings at 22.2 in singles and 18.9 in doubles, which is good for a 20.5 overall ranking. In addition, Tran also owns a 9.08 Universal Tennis Rating.
