- John received Region 14 All-Conference First Team Relief Pitcher and Second Team All-Academic honors.Â
- He led the conference with 10 saves, and had a 2-2 record.Â
- In 18 appearances as a Cavalier, he allowed 25 hits over 37 innings, struck out 30, walked 19, and ended with a 2.19 ERA.Â

- As a four-year letterwinner in baseball, John was awarded MVP and team captain when he led his team to a 2022 ROPSSAAÂ Tier One OFSAA League Championship.Â
- During high school, he also played tennis all four years, where he was a team captain and a ROPSSAA 2019 Tennis Champion and was consistently on the honor roll.Â
